Biography

Dr. García Ulloa is the Responsible of Medical Care in the Center of Comprehensive Care for the Patient with Diabetes in the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición. Dr. García Ulloa earned her Medical Degree and Master's in Medical sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Her research interests include diabetes, lipids and obesity. Her vision for public health in Mexico is to have more preventive medicine that can effectively be applied in different areas and lower costs of complications. Dr. García Ulloa hopes to learn how to implement more preventive programs and meet people for collaborative work worldwide.
